Our niche is small to medium volume, high complexity products for use in highly regulated environments. This expertise includes building systems, assemblies and boards with the highest level of quality in everything we manufacture.

Account Management

We do account management differently. Your Account Manager (AM) is an internal advocate who focuses on your account and project. From before a PO is issued, an AM will guide you through the onboarding process and help you work with our experts to create or refine any necessary documentation and define mutual expectations. Your AM will help facilitate communication and cooperation with each of our departments, to ensure your product is being manufactured and delivered successfully.

Facility Flexibility

As one of the largest single facility manufacturers in New England, we have 175,000 square feet with an additional 30,000 square feet of flexible-use space for long- and short-term capacity expansion and warehousing. All of our equipment is on wheels to allow us to reconfigure our layout based on our manufacturing mix to maximize efficiency. Our facility’s open plan and design for flexibility allows us to adapt to accommodate a variety of projects, including larger builds, or mobile units requiring large test tracks.

IT Infrastructure

Our IT team is the backbone for developing integrated software systems to successfully align with our customer’s needs. Flexibility is key. Our ongoing commitment to customers requires a variety of IT solutions tailored to the customer’s evolving product requirements. The IT platform allows us to plan, track, build and document on the production floor. This platform provides the customer and the organization an adaptable, secure system with real time analytics.

Agile Resource Allocation

Our integrated IT platform manages customer forecasts and demand, and gives our production planning team real time data for resource allocation. Our short, stand-up daily meetings let us adapt to pull-ins and ramp-ups by shifting resources. Employees are offered on-site training and skill-based pay. This allows us to move our highly trained employees between projects based on our specific needs each day.
