RE: Facility visitor guidelines due to COVID-19

We have recently decided to allow potential new customers to visit our facility upon request for an in-person tour. To accommodate those requests, while ensuring the safety of our workforce and guests, we will be implementing the following rules of engagement for any visitors:

Updated Visitor Policy

  • All visitors are required to fill out the appropriate paperwork
  • No more than three (3) visitors at a time
  • Upon check-in, if you do not have a mask one will be provided and required
  • Temperatures will be taken in the lobby and recorded
  • No sample product allowed in the building
  • Social distancing maintained at all times, including:
    • No handshaking
    • Avoid close contact those around you
    • No handling of product
  • A designated conference room with the required amount of space needed to maintain social distancing will be used
  • In lieu of our full Cirtronics team present during the meeting, we will have a rotation of one team specialist in the meeting at a time – one in, one out policy
