Successful partnering stems from information sharing. We provide open book costing to our customers. This allows us to work together to reduce material cost and lead-times. We also utilize MRP sharing with our key suppliers and establish letters of intent backed by forecasts to drive our kanban programs. By sharing this information regularly, we can respond quickly to fluctuations in customer demand and minimize potential liabilities.
Cirtronics also develops partnerships with companies that can enhance our product offerings. For Cirtronics, it allows us to offer design and component/obsolescence engineering support, material leveraging and additional manufacturing capacity, on an as needed basis to our customers.
