Our mission statement is to serve and to continuously improve under the DUO philosophy.
Cirtronics embraces a holistic approach to business. We serve six constituents: our customers, our corporation, our employees, our suppliers, our community and our environment. Corporate objectives are developed yearly for each constituent. The corporation and employees are actively involved in programs and outside organizations promoting social responsibility and corporate mentoring. All employees are encouraged to utilize company paid time each year to participate in volunteer work.
The corporate culture promotes the human element as its' most valuable asset, encouraging individual strengths and contributions. Cirtronics has a flat managerial structure that operates on systems management versus micro-management. Old guard management structure implies rigidity; Cirtronics' goal is to maintain flexibility and thinking outside the box. Lean administration initiatives enable us to increase the speed of information transferred between our customers and our suppliers. Visual presentation of data and electronic data management aid our manufacturing organization to quickly and accurately process their work.
