Our Organization

Cirtronics is not a typical contract manufacturer. The Corporation was born in 1979 with the vision that a corporation can extend beyond itself to truly serve its customers, employees and suppliers, as well as the environment and the community.

The foundation of the company is built on our value system. Employees contribute to the organization based on their individual strengths versus traditional job roles. Internal cross-functional teams are dedicated to support customer needs and fluctuations as we act as their manufacturing arm. Decisions are based on the long-term success of the business and customer relationships. We are a privately held company, which allows us to manage operations and make decisions in the best interest of our customers versus external stockholders and Wall Street.

Cirtronics' strength lies in its people, their commitment, sense of community, and desire to serve and continuously improve. To encourage this concept, Gerardine Ferlins, owner and President of Cirtronics, has transitioned 39% of the corporation since 2002 into an ESOP (employee stock ownership program). Her belief is that those who work hard to build the business should also share in its rewards.
