Cirtronics was born in 1979 with the vision that a corporation can extend beyond itself to truly serve its' customers, employees, suppliers, as well as the environment and the community.
Cirtronics Corporation is not a typical textbook manufacturing operation. The foundation of the company is built on our value system. Employees contribute to the organization based on their individual strengths versus traditional job roles. Our manufacturing organization supports customer needs and fluctuations. Decisions are based on the long-term success of the business and customer relationships. We are privately held and do not drive numbers at the end of the month for stockholders.
Cirtronics strength lies in its people, their commitment, sense of community, and desire to serve and continuously improve. To foster this concept, Gerardine Ferlins, owner and President of Cirtronics, has transitioned 30% of the corporation since 2002 into an ESOP (employee stock ownership program). Her belief is that those who work hard to build the business should also share in its' rewards.
