In the Community

Cirtronics is far more than a successful contract manufacturing company. Our CCORP committee (Cirtronics Community Out-Reach Program) is comprised of a rotating membership of employees who come together for the purpose of serving the local community with the donation of time, funds and space to serve our youth.

Corporate giving, employee volunteerism and environmental stewardship are basic philosophies within Cirtronics and are formally captured as part of our corporate objectives.

CCORP reviews and selects the community organizations and programs that Cirtronics will support. Each year the corporation budgets a percentage of pre-tax profits for distribution of charitable contributions. In addition, each employee is encouraged to use 30 hours of paid time for volunteerism in the community.

The ESP committee (Environmental Stewardship Program) also has a rotating membership that focuses on educating and promoting awareness of recycling for the corporation and for employees. The committee sponsers a yearly Earth Day Celebration, the local Adopt-a-Highway cleanup program, and is involved in several recycling programs. Cirtronics has been recognized for its environmental efforts through Waste Cap and the Governors Award for pollution control.
