Cirtronics offers both Leaded and RoHS chemistries within our contract manufacturing services. Dedicated areas for each chemistry are designated and visually identified within our facility to eliminate cross contamination.

Color coded areas and documents are utilized within our facility to ensure that each employee can discern the RoHS and leaded equipment and projects. It’s a simple way to avoid error and give a clear answer to the question of “RoHS or Leaded?” in one glance.

• Segregated RoHS processes
• Materials management - identification and segregation by part id of compliant parts
• Solid engineering expertise supporting RoHS processes and conversion issues

RoHS / PB-Free
Cirtronics started offering RoHS capabilities in 2002 and we have been helping customers transition to RoHS ever since. We can perform all of the processes that we would with leaded solder but with RoHS compliant standards, equipment and materials. Our staff is fully trained on the inspection needs for RoHS product throughout the manufacturing process.

Leaded
Cirtronics has over 32 years of experience offering quality contract manufacturing services utilizing leaded components and chemistries. Leaded chemistries will continue to be supported within our facility, but we can help assess your project if you do need to transition from leaded to RoHS chemistries.
