To guarantee the successful launch of your products, Cirtronics Electronic Contract Manufacturer assigns a dedicated Account Manager for each customer, focused on managing your program/project from conception to reality. The Account Manager is responsible for leading the cross functional service teams, resulting in greater responsiveness to various demand changes and any needs or requirements that arise.

Cirtronics’ software back-end communications allows for fast information transfer, allowing the Account Manager to provide up to date information on Engineering Change Orders (ECO’s), order status, inventory levels and any show stoppers that come up. We designed our systems to provide this information and to give our Account Managers the tools to keep their customer informed.

We believe communication is the key to a healthy relationship and utilize a monthly scorecard along with Quarterly Business Reviews covering quality, new programs, and general feedback. The majority of communication occurs daily and formal plans for NPI and delivery are customized for each customer’s needs and requirements. Additional responsibilities include:

  • Total Project Management
  • Activate Flexible Customer Agreements - Kanban program management and fixed purchase orders
  • Full Support for prototyping to final product integration
  • Configured, equipped and staffed to meet individual requirements
  • Flexible to any changes in demand, ECO’s, Upgrades, Product Enhancements
