Cirtronics Corporation is a place where we aren't expected to be 10 feet tall and we work together as a team to pull out the strengths that each individual possesses. We respect and encourage each other and most of all we live by the DUO philosophy, which means do unto others as we would expect others to do unto us.
What really is exciting is the day-to-day reality that presents opportunities for us to actually get better. As a contract manufacturing company, regular issues come up that could hinder our ability to perform. In actuality, we are a tight knit group, we lean on each other and get the job done together.
Customer satisfaction is very important and because of our upper management’s ability to communicate that we, as employee owners, are all part of the decision making, it makes us work harder to make sure that our customers are satisfied.
Another great thing about Cirtronics is the ability to work flex time. Although the employees have set work hours, management understands that we have families and we must be able to adjust our hours to meet our individual commitments. By allowing us this time, we as employees realize that the company understands and by doing so, we try even harder at work to get the job done.

As a new employee of Cirtronics I have found everyone (not just a few) to be helpful and friendly. Everyone has gone out of their way to introduce themselves and welcome me to their team.
I have also found the environment pleasant and quite adaptable. It's nice to see a group of people who take pride in their work and their customers as well as the people they work with everyday.
I feel blessed that I have found Cirtronics and would like to say thank you to everyone for making my first week comforting. I'm also looking forward to my new endeavor here at Cirtronics.

I’ve been here at Cirtronics for five years now. This company has been a pleasure to work with since day one. From the wonderful people I work with to the benefit of choosing your own work hours. I’ve had and taken countless opportunities to expand my knowledge of my job and take on new projects as they arise. Recently, I personally met the President of the United States while working here at Cirtronics. How many people can say that? The president of Cirtronics is a genuine human being who walks around and talks to her employees and knows them by name, not a number on a tag you wear around your neck.
I can honestly say that Cirtronics will watch me grow old and retire from here with a positive retrospect of my work life here in this company.

Mostly they are memorized and then only repeated when called upon to do so. At Cirtronics they too have these philosophies, however, there is a major difference that puts them in the top of their class, World Class that is.
