Cirtronics has created three major and very unique programs aimed at assisting our employee owners in addressing their current financial and future retirement needs. We realize that the company prospers because of our employees' efforts. To that end we offer:

• ESOP - Employee Stock Ownership Program: Cirtronics established the ESOP in order to promote and enhance its unique ownership culture.
• Quarterly and Year End Profit Risk Sharing: All of our employees are eligible to participate in our generous discretionary profit sharing.
• 401K: Cirtronics offers on site financial training and education to all employees. A financial advisor is available monthly to review individual portfolios.
