Cirtronics has created three major and very unique programs aimed at assisting our employee owners in addressing their current financial and future retirement needs. We realize that the company prospers because of our employees' efforts. To that end we offer:
- Quarterly and Year End Profit Risk Sharing: All of our employees are eligible to participate in our generous discretionary cash sharing.
- 401K: Cirtronics offers on site financial training and education to all employees. A financial advisor is available monthly to review individual portfolios.
- ESOP - Employee Stock Ownership Program: Cirtronics established the ESOP in order to foster and enhance its unique ownership culture.
