Team Focused Structure

How we work at Cirtronics sets us apart from the typical hierarchal organizational chart structure. Gerardine Ferlins founded the company in 1979 and as a sociologist by education, she founded the company based on principles that foster personal motivation with a team-based, balanced structure. Certainly an organizational chart exists but the dedication of each employee stems from their own drivers for success, not from a chain of command or predetermined channel of communication. This unique kind of structure has proven to be a significant contributor to associate satisfaction and retention.

Cirtronics’ competitive advantage depends on the strength of our talent pipeline, we build from within and our Leadership team is focused on fostering this team environment through these core values. We work hard at maximizing individual potential, maintaining an emphasis on product integrity, and cultivating an environment where creativity can flourish. A fundamental belief in our people and their abilities, continues to be the key to our success.
