Cirtronics has optimized the level of communication between our Suppliers and our Customers, enabling each party to quickly adapt to expectations and adjust manufacturing output accordingly. Our Supply Chain solutions are customized for our Customers' individual needs. This customization allows our partners to have a greater amount of flexibility based on the varying amount of forecast we receive on each different product. Our Supply Chain process affords us the opportunity to maximize cost and time efficiencies, thereby reducing overall internal costs while supporting our Customers' time to market goals.

Through our partnerships, customers benefit from our globally connected suppliers for the most cost effective solution. Cirtronics' open development strategy allows us to constantly create new relationships with diverse customers and suppliers as well as our established supply base. We continue to review possible new partnerships in all regions to ensure we have the most efficient and practical approach.

When developing new supplier partnerships, we insist on strong business integrity. We review all suppliers with the expectation of being honest, fair and trustworthy when conducting Cirtronics activities. These expectations flow to all parties involved within our business, including our employees, contractors and those in our supply chain. Through executed NDAs, we require that no supplier divulge confidential information regarding Cirtronics or its customers to anyone outside the supplier relationship.

Planning

From the initial quote request through the final shipment, materials planning is a tightly managed process within Cirtronics. With our real-time supply chain systems, we provide world class visibility, flexibility and response times, allowing customers to react immediately to any fluctuations in the supply chain.

Logistics

Cirtronics strives for timely movement of materials in and out of our operation, identifying the most effective carriers and forwarders and maintaining ongoing visibility to shipments. We work to ensure the best pricing for all shipments and utilize our customers' preferred carriers where needed.

eBusiness

Successful partnering between contract manufacturer and suppliers stems from information sharing. We utilize various methods to keep all information current with our suppliers.

MRP Share: Our MRP Share program provides real-time access to our suppliers, informing them of our customers' forecasts. This affords our suppliers the opportunity to plan accordingly to meet our customers' needs and allows us to succeed in supporting our customer requirements.

ARS (Automated Replenishment System): Our ARS program allows us to develop inventory stocking agreements with key suppliers and automate the release of purchase orders to increase process efficiencies.

QuoteFX: We utilize the QuoteFX software program to automate our quoting process and align with all suppliers who support the manufacturers we are quoting. It allows us to have greater visibility to diverse pricing, lead times and stock availability. It also provides us with knowledge of key changes to parts, such as end of life notifications, obsolete parts and changes to minimum buys or package sizing.
