Program Management

Close and open communication with our customers is the key to our success. Cirtronics forms valuable partnerships by becoming the manufacturing arm of the customer’s organization.

Our offerings:

  • A dedicated Account Manager is assigned to each customer to work as the internal liaison in support of managing day to day requirements as well as the overall relationship to ensure customer satisfaction. Quarterly business reviews covering quality, new programs and general feedback are strongly encouraged.
  • Formal plans for product development and delivery are customized for each customer. We offer kanban programs as well as work with fixed purchase orders tied to specific delivery dates. We also provide full support from quick turn prototyping to final product integration sometimes including direct ship.
  • Proven manufacturing processes, from NPI to procurement and throughout the manufacturing organization, ensure success of product launch and on-time delivery.
  • Flexibility allows for the changing needs of the customer, whether it is an ECO implementation, change in delivery requirements or upgrade services.
