Cafeteria
Companywide gatherings and information sharing are integral parts of the Cirtronics culture. Out cafeteria is designed to accommodate our whole-company events, while also providing an intimate and comfortable atmosphere for employees to relax and mingle with one another.
The space also serves as a function room when entertaining our guests, including politicians, customers, suppliers, and local community organizations with interest in New England business or the electronic manufacturing industry.
Capacity Planning
When Cirtronics adopted lean manufacturing principles, we moved away from traditional production schedules and adopted a visual card system. This is unique from most other contract manufacturers because work is released based on our customers' needs.
Cirtronics utilizes capacity planning tools for order analysis and delivery commitments in conjunction with:
- Annual business plan analysis, looking at projected sales forecasts and required resources.
- Monthly/quarterly sales projections to analyze staffing and resources to meet booked and projected short-term requirements.
- Morning meetings with manufacturing staff and afternoon production meetings with representatives from program management, HR and manufacturing to adjust resources within the teams to meet daily production requirements and address last minute customer expedites.
- Constant communications with the manufacturing teams regarding customer design changes, volume shifts, and priorities.

Kanban Bins & Finished Goods
Cirtronics offers flexible agreements to meet our customers' fluctuating demands.
We offer a Kanban supply agreement for consistent, flowing programs that have limited ECO activity and can be supported by a long term forecast or blanket purchase orders. By contract, we can hold one to two bins of finished goods for customers to accommodate spikes in demand.
Cirtronics also offers a finished goods supply agreement when a set number of finished goods are needed to be held for a finite period of time to meet a customer requirement.
Human Resources
At Cirtronics, we consider our employee owners to be our greatest asset and we promote their personal and professional growth. Significant time and effort goes into our interviewing process, examining skill sets, personality and behavioral characteristics. This process ensures long-term employment with industry low turnover.
We offer:
- Excellent plans for Health, Dental, Life, Short-term and Long-term Disability Insurances
- Individualized Training and Certification Programs
- Flexible work schedules; create your own

Leaded PCB Assembly/Inspection
Many times a design and/or component doesn't lend itself to automated PCB assembly.
Cirtronics has a skilled staff of IPC 610 Level II and Level III solderers capable of performing:
- Manual through-hole and SMT assembly and hand solder
- Secondary component adds and kludges
- Rework and wire adds
- Complete prototypes
RoHS PCB Assembly/Inspection
Cirtronics started prepping for lead free contract manufacturing in 2002. Our engineering staff spent several years investigating the technical aspects and chemistries involved RoHS implementation. We educated ourselves through technical seminars, relationships with industry partners and internal process experimentation.
In the Fall of 2005, we invested over $1M in capital expenditures dedicated to RoHS manufacturing. In January of 2006, the equipment, training, and processes were in place to offer RoHS compliant services to our customers. Cirtronics currently offers production and prototype volume RoHS manufacturing services.
- Segregated RoHS processes
- Materials management - identification and segregation of compliant parts
- Solid engineering expertise supporting process and conversion issues
